NDU System & Training Program Terms and Conditions

· Participants of the NDU System & Training will have access to a private social media group and a membership site for the duration of their active subscription or training period.

· This is an ongoing training program with periodic live sessions, market updates, and continuous support. All sessions will be recorded and made available inside the membership site for participants to review at their convenience.

· The program covers multiple markets, primarily focusing on stock market investing and trading strategies as outlined in the NDU System.

· The trainer reserves the right to set or adjust the class schedule, and any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

· There is no fixed syllabus or printed notes. Each session is designed based on current market conditions, system signals, and community learning needs.

· Participants are encouraged to engage actively in the group, but discussion of non-endorsed platforms, promotions, or external products is strictly prohibited.

· Upon expiry of the subscribed period, access to the membership site and private groups will be automatically discontinued unless renewed.

· Renewal may be offered at a special discounted rate, depending on the current offer at the time of renewal.

· The administrator reserves the right to remove participants who breach group rules or exceed their subscription period without prior notice.

· In the event of any dispute regarding participation, access, or renewal, the trainer’s decision shall be final and binding.

· These terms are subject to change or update without prior notice. It is the participant’s responsibility to review them regularly.

· All payments are non-refundable once access to the system or live sessions has been granted.
